Imagine our excitement when ITV rang and said James Martin wanted to use our ‘Steam Cider‘ to cook with on his show!
Jon put on his best Bristol Cider t-shirt and had a great chat about Bristol Cider Company, while James cooked up an autumnal dish. James used Middlewhite Pork for the recipe of ‘Slow Cooked Pork with Cider (Steam 4.5% cloudy)’, sauce, apples, mash and fried sage.
