Our amazing Bristol rhubarb cider. This one’s made with West Country culinary apples and real rhubarb. It has a lovely light pink colour and a very clean taste. It’s a sweet cider but it has a lovely, tart rhubarby edge to it. Perfect over ice on a Summer’s day.
It works out at a fantastic price of just £3.48 per pint!

Our Rhuby cider is also great to use in cocktails. Here’s a couple to try;
Bristol Rhuby Fizz
- half a Champagne flute of either Prosecco, Crémant or house Champagne
- topped up with our Rhuby cider
Clifton Blush
- a few ice cubes in a highball or half pint glass
- 50ml London Dry Gin
- topped up with our Rhuby cider
- few sprigs of mint for decoration and scent
If you want to add some bubbles to the drink, simply a little less Rhuby cider and add some soda, sparkling water or tonic!
