Our Elder cider is also great to use in a cocktail. Here’s one to try;
Bristol Elder Spritz
- put a handful of ice cubes into a cocktail shaker
- add 50ml Vodka to shaker
- tear up a few sprigs of fresh mint and add to shaker
- add 175ml of our Elder cider
- pop the shaker lid on and have a shake!
- empty the drink into a highball and add soda
