We’re pretty excited with this one… think “West Country meets Jamaica.”
Of course, it’s got the local apples in, just like our other ciders – but with the added lovely “oomph” of zesty ginger – for that gorgeous taste of summertime. It’s got a lovely light, cloudy colour (like a traditional ginger beer) and it’s super refreshing. It’s a medium (not overly) sweet cider, and it has a purposely subtle fiery ginger kick – just enough, we think.
